Baked Halibut
Serves 4
The simple marinade for the white fish is a delicious way to add interest to mealtime. It pairs perfectly with a simple salad for a light meal or use for fish tacos.
Write a review
  1. Marinade;
  2. 2 tbsp honey, pure unpasteurized
  3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  5. 1 tsp cumin
  6. ¼ tsp black pepper
  7. ¼ tsp sea salt
  8. ¼-½ tsp chili powder
  9. 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
  10. 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  11. Fish;
  12. 4-6 pacific halibut fillets
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a glass baking dish, whisk together marinade ingredients.
  3. Add fish to marinade and put in fridge 15-20 minutes.
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until fish is cooked through (just until it flakes when a fork is inserted).
