Citrus Mint Salsa
This simple salsa is a great way to add interest to any burger or wrap. It is full of flavour and healthy nutrients.

- 1 Orange - peeled & diced
- 1/2 red onion - finely diced
- 1 Jalapeño pepper - seeded & finely diced
- 1/2 cup fresh mint - finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1.Toss all ingredients together in a small bowl
- 2. Season with salt and pepper to taste
- 3. Serve and enjoy!
- Makes about 1 1/2 cups salsa
