These are fun opportunities for parents and kids to discover the variety and delicious way to work with whole foods. You will learn how to quickly and easily approach a whole foods lifestyle with simple ingredients.

August 6th-Pesto Pasta Salad! Discover the variety of healthy, fun, and fabulous ways to make a perfect pasta salad the whole family will love, gluten-free variation included. (Recipe: Kale Pesto Pasta Salad).
August 13th-Salads and Healthy Oils! Discover the best oils to eat and creative ways to enjoy them in your sales. Also learn why fats are so important to eat!
August 20th-Yummy Snacks for Toddlers (and everyone else!)! This class explores the world of Whole Foods for Toddlers, including snack ideas, encouragement for healthy choices, and making Whole Foods fun for any age! (Recipe: Fun Fruit Sticks).
August 27th-Back to School Snacks! School and sports are back and we are here to help you prepare. Shift from chaos to fun with simple on-the-go snacking ideas, what to eat, and what to avoid! (Recipes: Trail mix and Sun Energy Balls).
