Making your electrolyte drink for during and after sports is both quick and easy! This version is free of unwanted additives such as artificial dyes and sweeteners.

Ingredients
  1. 1 liter of filtered water*
  2. 1 cup mixed berries, frozen or fresh
  3. ½ lemon or lime, juiced
  4. 1/3- ½ tsp sea salt (Himalayan or Celtic)
Optional
  1. ½-1 tbsp pure, medium grade maple syrup
  2. or
  3. 2-3 drops stevia
  4. (adjust sweetener as needed for personal preference)
Instructions
  1. 1.) Combine all ingredients except lemon in a glass jar and seal with a lid or cover.
  2. 2.) Store in the fridge for at least 24 hours, then add lemon and mix.
  3. 3.) Serve with or without the berries. This is ideal for use during or after athletic training.
Notes
