- 2 medium ripe avocadoes, pitted and skin removed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 small lime
- pinch sea salt, adjust to taste
- By hand: Mash the avocadoes in a small bowl with a fork. Add the minced garlic, lime juice and sea salt and mix well. Chill and enjoy.
- This can also be made easily with a food processor: just put all ingredients in together, pulse until smooth, serve and enjoy.
