Since launching BOE in 2009, she has co-authored her first book, the “Love Your Body Lunchbox” mini cookbook, developed hundreds of whole food recipes, and is currently developing a series of programs designed to make natural nutrition attainable for everyone who desires it.
Michelle is also and accomplished motivation speaker, inspiring children and adults alike to connect with what they eat, where it comes from & why it matters.
