A sumptuous twist on a classic drink; This green smoothie is refreshing and provides protein while supporting healthy digestion & brain function! It is also a fantastic way to get your daily greens!

Ingredients
  1. 1 handful mint leaves, fresh (1/8 cup)
  2. ¼ cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
  3. 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, raw
  4. 1 tbsp brazil nuts, raw (4-5)
  5. 1 cup pineapple, fresh or frozen
  6. 1 banana, frozen or fresh
  7. ¼ cup spinach or kale
  8. 2 cup coconut water
  9. 1 scoop organic protein powder
Optional
  1. 1 tbsp Jade Greenzymes
  2. 1 tbsp spirulina
  3. 1/2 cup pineapple juice, pure
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Serve & enjoy!
Notes
  1. Tip: Freezing Bananas - Peel ripened bananas, break in half, place in a freezer safe container and store in the freezer until ready to use.
